Is Kaderella free?
Yes. One reading a day is free, and so are the daily horoscope and card of the day. For more readings you can earn Coin from daily goals and optional ads or buy Elmas in the app.
Who writes the readings?
Readings are made with AI models. Readers such as Nermin, Rauf, Sevil and Aylin are characters in the app, not real people. Readings are for entertainment and do not replace medical, legal or financial advice.
Do I need an account?
No, you can use it right away. If you sign in with Google your readings and balance stay with you when you change phones.
How long does a reading take?
Usually a few minutes. You can leave the app while waiting; the reading waits for you on the home screen and in the journal.
Are my photos and text kept?
Yes, with your reading until you delete it. You can delete a reading, your birth details or your whole account in Profil → Gizlilik ve Verilerim. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Who can use it?
Kaderella is for people aged 18 and over. The app is in Turkish only.
Something not working?
Write to [email protected] and include:
- your phone model and Android version (Settings → About phone),
- which reading (coffee, tarot, dream, astrology, palm) and what you did just before the problem; screenshots help.
We usually reply within two working days. The app itself is in Turkish only.
When is my reading ready?
Readings are prepared in a few minutes. You can leave the app while waiting; the reading appears on the home screen and in the journal when it is ready. If a reading cannot be prepared, its cost or free reading is returned automatically.
Coin, Elmas and the free reading
- One reading a day is free, shared across the five reading types. The daily horoscope and card of the day are free.
- You earn Coin from the daily login, the card of the day, the weekly goal and optional ads (Ödül Merkezi).
- You buy Elmas in the Market. If a purchase does not appear, tap Market → Satın Alımları Geri Yükle.
- Refunds go through Google Play: Google Play refunds.
Reporting a reading
Under a reading you find offensive, wrong or meaningless, tap Bu yorumu bildir. Your report reaches us.
New phone
Your readings stay in your account. If you linked it to Google in Profil → Hesap ve Güvenlik, sign in with the same Google account on the new phone. A guest account not linked to Google cannot be moved, so we recommend linking it.
Notifications
Turn the daily horoscope notification on or off in Profil → Bildirim Tercihleri. No notifications are sent between 23:00 and 08:00.
Deleting my account and data
In the app: Profil → Gizlilik ve Verilerim → Hesabı Sil. After the final confirmation your account, all readings, photos, birth details and balance are deleted. Backups are deleted automatically within at most 14 days. To delete only a reading or your birth details, use Fal Silme and Doğum Bilgilerini Silme on the same screen.
If you cannot open the app: Email [email protected] from the Google address linked to your account with the subject “Delete my Kaderella account”. After verifying you, we delete it within 30 days at most. Guest accounts not linked to Google cannot be verified and can be deleted only from the app. Purchase records may be kept for legally required periods.
