Kaderella Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to the Kaderella mobile app (application ID com.aifal.aifal, “Kaderella” or “the app”) published by ZOOM BILISIM BILGISAYAR REKLAMCILIK ITHALAT IHRACAT SANAYI TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI (“Zoom Bilişim”, “we”). We are the data controller. Address: Barbaros Mahallesi, 5301-2 Sokak, No: 4-1-233, Bornova, 35260 İzmir, Türkiye. Contact: [email protected]. On Google Play, Kaderella is listed under the developer name “Ermano HERMES”. The app is available in Turkish only.

In short: We prepare fortune readings on our server with AI models. To do that we process what you write, the photos you take and your birth details. Your readings and photos are kept until you delete them, and you can delete all of it inside the app. We do not sell your data.

Readings are made with AI

Coffee, tarot, dream, astrology and palm readings in Kaderella are generated by AI models. Readers such as Nermin, Rauf, Sevil and Aylin are characters in the app, not real people. Readings are for entertainment and do not replace medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.

Data we process

  • Account: When you first open the app we give you a random account ID; no name or email is needed. If you sign in with Google we link your Google account ID and email address to your account.
  • Age statement: When you confirmed you are over 18.
  • Coffee and palm readings: The cup, saucer and hand photos you take; the topic, hand and reader you choose.
  • Tarot: Your question, any detail you add, the spread you choose and the cards drawn.
  • Dreams: The dream you describe.
  • Astrology: Your birth date, time and place. For synastry you also enter another person’s birth details; enter them only with that person’s knowledge.
  • Generated readings: All your readings in the journal, including whether you have read them.
  • Balance: Your Coin and Elmas transactions, daily login and reward records.
  • Preferences and notifications: Your app preferences, time zone and your device’s notification token (Firebase Cloud Messaging).
  • Content you report: If you flag a reading with “Bu yorumu bildir”, the reason you choose and the note you write.
  • Technical logs: The IP address and time of requests to our server, to prevent abuse and find errors.

We do not access your contacts, location, microphone or photo gallery. The camera is used only when you take a photo for a reading.

Why we process data

To prepare and show your readings, run your account and balance, send the daily horoscope notification, verify purchases and ad rewards, prevent abuse and fix the service. Our legal grounds are performing our contract with you, our legitimate interests and, where needed, your consent (for example for personalized ads).

Who we share data with

  • AI service providers: Your questions, dream text, cup and hand photos and birth details are sent to our text and vision model provider so it can write the reading. We do this only to produce the reading. These providers may be abroad, so your data may be transferred outside Türkiye as the law provides.
  • Google: Firebase Cloud Messaging (notifications), Google Sign-In, Google Play (purchases) and AdMob (ads). Google processes data under its own policy.
  • Hosting: The infrastructure provider that hosts our servers and backups.
  • Legal duty: Lawful requests from competent authorities.

We do not sell your data and do not share what you write or your photos with advertisers.

Listening to readings

When you press the listen button, the reading’s text is sent to our voice server to be read aloud. This happens only when you press the button; the audio may be kept temporarily on your phone.

Ads

Kaderella shows optional rewarded ads: a video plays only when you tap “Reklam izle”. Ads are served by Google AdMob, which may process your advertising ID, IP address and device information to show and measure ads and prevent abuse. Where required, consent is asked first; you can change your choice in Profil → Gizlilik ve Verilerim → Reklam izin seçenekleri (shown where required). On Android you can delete your advertising ID in the device settings.

Purchases

Elmas purchases are made through Google Play. Your payment details never reach us. To verify a purchase we process the purchase token from Google Play and the product.

How long we keep data

Your readings, photos and birth details are kept until you delete them or delete your account. When you delete them they are removed from the live system at once. Nightly backups are kept for at most 14 days and then deleted. Purchase and balance records may be kept for legally required periods.

Deleting your data

In the app open Profil → Gizlilik ve Verilerim:

  • Fal Silme: Deletes the reading you choose, with its photos.
  • Doğum Bilgilerini Silme: Deletes your saved birth details.
  • Hesabı Sil: Deletes your account, all your readings, photos and balance. This cannot be undone.

Children

Kaderella is for people aged 18 and over. If we learn a user is under 18 we delete the account.

Your rights

Under Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Article 11) and, where it applies, the GDPR, you can ask whether your data is processed, request information, correction or deletion, learn who it was transferred to, object and claim compensation for damage. Write to [email protected]; we reply within 30 days.

Security

The connection between the app and the server is encrypted (HTTPS). Your account key is kept in secure storage on your phone and only its hash is kept on the server. No system is perfect, but if a breach happens we make the notifications the law requires.

Changes

We may update this policy; the date above shows the last edit. Important changes are announced on this page and, where needed, in the app.
