Frequently asked questions
Is Inqo free?
Yes. You get 20 free messages every day and can watch a short video for 10 more. Message packs are one-time purchases, and Inqo Premium is an optional monthly or yearly subscription through Google Play with higher daily limits under fair use.
Do I need an account?
No. There is no sign-up, email or password. Inqo creates an anonymous account on your phone so your messages and purchases survive a reinstall.
Are my conversations stored?
Your chat history stays on your phone. To answer you, a message is passed through our server to an AI model provider; our server does not keep the content. Incognito chats are not saved at all.
Can the answers be wrong?
Yes. AI answers can be inaccurate or incomplete, so please double-check important information. You can report any answer from inside the chat.
How do I delete my data?
In Inqo open Settings → Delete account. It deletes your anonymous account and everything about it on our server, and removes all chats from the phone.
Writing to us
Email [email protected] — the link above opens a message with the subject filled in. To help us help you faster, please include:
- your phone model and its Android version (Settings → About phone),
- Inqo’s version (at the bottom of Inqo’s Settings),
- what you did right before the problem; screenshots help.
Please don’t send the content of private conversations — we never need it to help you.
Free messages, ads and message packs
- You get 20 free messages every day. The daily allowance resets once a day; unused messages don’t carry over. A photo or a voice message counts as more than one message.
- When you run out, you can watch a short video ad for 10 more messages. There are no banner ads.
- Message packs (50, 150 or 500 messages) are one-time purchases through Google Play — no subscription, and pack messages never expire.
- Rewarded messages haven’t arrived? Make sure you watched the ad to the end and that you are online; they usually appear within a few seconds. If not, email us with the time you watched it.
Inqo Premium
Inqo Premium is an auto-renewable subscription, monthly or yearly, bought through Google Play. It raises your daily limits under fair use and uses our most capable AI model. The price is shown next to each plan before you buy. Payment is charged to your Google account when you confirm the purchase, and the subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it in Google Play. The Google Play Terms of Service apply to purchases.
Cancelling or managing your subscription
Google Play handles the billing, so you cancel in Google Play, not in Inqo: open the Google Play app, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, choose Inqo and tap Cancel subscription — or open play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions. In Inqo, Settings → Manage subscription opens the same page. Premium stays on until the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds follow Google Play’s refund policy.
Restoring purchases
On a new phone or after reinstalling Inqo, make sure the phone is signed in with the Google account you bought with, open Settings in Inqo and tap Restore purchases.
Reporting an answer
AI answers can be wrong or, rarely, inappropriate. Tap the flag under any answer (or long-press it) to report it, pick a reason and add a note if you like. We review every report and use it to make the assistants safer.
Confidant is not a therapist
Confidant listens without judging, but it is an AI and not a professional. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988 in the US (911 in an emergency), call 112 in Europe, or contact your local emergency number or someone you trust.
Deleting your account
In the app (immediate): open Inqo, tap the settings icon (top right) and, under Data, tap Delete account and confirm. This permanently deletes your anonymous account, message balance, subscription records, usage metadata and reports from our servers, and removes all chats from the phone. If you keep using the app, a new anonymous account is created.
Without the app: Inqo accounts are anonymous and tied to your device, so we cannot find your account from an email address alone. Uninstalling the app removes all chats from the phone, and the anonymous usage data on our server expires automatically (see the Inqo Privacy Policy). An active subscription is not cancelled by deleting the account — cancel it in Google Play as described above.
Terms of use
- AI answers. Answers are generated automatically by AI models and may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. Don’t rely on them for medical, legal, financial or safety-critical decisions; check important information. Dream Interpreter is for entertainment only.
- Acceptable use. Don’t use Inqo to create or spread illegal content, content that exploits or endangers minors, harassment, hate, malware or instructions for causing serious harm, and don’t try to bypass limits, tamper with ads or rewards, or reverse-engineer the service. We may limit or end access for abuse.
- Your content. You keep the rights to what you write and send. You allow us to pass it to AI model providers only to produce your answers.
- Age. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use Inqo.
- Service. Inqo is provided “as is”. We work to keep it available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, and message allowances and prices may change. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for decisions made based on AI-generated content.
- Changes. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest revision.
