Honk & Go: Bus Jam Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to the Honk & Go: Bus Jam mobile game (package com.honkgo.game, “Honk & Go” or “the game”) published by ZOOM BILISIM BILGISAYAR REKLAMCILIK ITHALAT IHRACAT SANAYI TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI (“Zoom Bilişim”, “we”), Barbaros Mahallesi, 5301-2 Sokak, No: 4-1-233, Bornova, 35260 İzmir, Türkiye. In short: there are no accounts, no sign-in and no analytics, and we run no servers for the game. Your progress stays on your phone. Ads are served by Google AdMob, and purchases are processed by Google Play; we never see your payment details.

Your game progress

Your level, coins, boosters, settings, daily reward and refuel state, Lucky Wheel progress and the purchases you own are stored only on your device. We do not receive them. If Android backup is turned on, the system may include the save file in your device backup to Google; this is controlled by your device settings. Uninstalling the game deletes this data from your device.

Ads (Google AdMob)

The game shows two kinds of ads, both served by Google AdMob:

• Rewarded ads play only when you tap a “Watch ad” button for a reward, such as doubling your coins, a Lucky Wheel spin, a coin refuel, extra time on a rainy level or a last-chance parking spot.
• Interstitial ads (full-screen ads) may appear between levels after you win: at most once every 5 levels, never before level 6, never after a loss and never in the first two minutes of a session. They are not shown once you have bought Remove Ads.

There are no banner ads. Ad requests are limited to content suitable for general audiences (G rating). To serve and measure ads and to prevent fraud, Google may process your device’s advertising identifier, IP address, approximate location derived from it, device and app information, and ad interaction data. Google’s use of this data is described in the Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland the game asks for your consent with Google’s consent form before personalized ads are shown. You can change your choice at any time in the game under Settings → Privacy options. You can also reset or delete your advertising identifier in your device settings.

In-app purchases (Google Play Billing)

You can buy Remove Ads, coin packs, a starter pack and bundles of coins and boosters. Purchases are made through Google Play and processed by Google under the Google Privacy Policy and the Google Play Terms of Service. We never see your name, card or other payment details. Google Play tells the game on your device which products you own so it can grant them; this information is not sent to us. “Restore purchases” in Settings asks Google Play again for the products you own.

Data we do not collect

We do not collect your name, email address, contacts, precise location, photos or any other personal information through the game. The game has no accounts, leaderboards, chat or analytics, and it sends no usage data to us. The game asks only for the permissions it needs: internet and network state (for ads and purchases) and vibration (for vibration effects, which you can turn off in Settings).

Children

The game is designed for adults (18 and over) and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact [email protected].

Your rights

Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and, where applicable, the GDPR, you may request information about, correction of or deletion of personal data we hold. We hold no personal data from the game on our side; advertising and purchase data are processed by Google — see the links above. For anything else, email [email protected].

We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest revision. Material changes will be announced in the game or on this page.
